Elon Musk plans to make xAI’s Grok AI's code publicly available this week, urging OpenAI to follow suit with ChatGPT
Tech billionaire Elon Musk revealed his plans to release a substantial part of GrokAI's code this week. This move will add Grok to the ever-growing roster of AI companies that have made their code accessible to the public for viewing and potentially copying.
In an unexpected turn of events that has even left his detractors astonished, Elon Musk revealed that his AI venture, xAI, will make the source code of its competing chatbot, Grok AI, open-source in the forthcoming week.
