Vivo unveils its V30 series with a 50MP selfie camera and 80W charging capability; Look at the cost and specifications

Vivo asserts that the smartphones in the Vivo V30 series are the slimmest in India in 2024 and emphasizes their impressive 5000 mAh battery. The Vivo V30 is priced from Rs 33,999, while the V30 Pro's price begins from Rs 41,999.

Vivo has launched its new Vivo V30 series in India, which includes the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro, with prices starting from Rs 33,999. The Vivo V30 series boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a fast 120Hz refresh rate and a strong 5,000 mAh battery that is capable of 80W quick charging.

Vivo asserts that their Vivo V30 series phones are the slimmest smartphones in India in 2024, and they also boast about their impressive 5000 mAh battery capacity. These recently released models can be exclusively bought in India through Flipkart.

The unveiling of the Vivo V30 series: Details and Characteristics

The two mobile devices in this series come with large 6.78-inch curved 1.5K AMOLED screens that offer a clear resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels along with a seamless 120Hz refresh rate. They also possess an impressive 300Hz touch sampling rate and can reach a maximum brightness of 2,800 nits, ensuring great visibility in different light environments.

The Vivo V30 operates on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, whereas its Pro counterpart utilizes a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. Each mobile phone delivers admirable functionality, with the capacity for as much as 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. They are equipped with the pre-loaded Android 14-based FunTouchOS 14 to ensure a seamless user interface.

In the context of photography, the Vivo V30 boasts an advanced camera arrangement, which comprises a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) to ensure sharp and stable images. Furthermore, it includes an additional 50MP sensor equipped with an ultra-wide-angle lens and an Aura Light flash module, perfect for taking breathtaking wide-angle photos.

The Vivo V30 Pro comes with the same camera features but also includes an additional 50MP portrait camera for more diverse photography options. Both versions come with a 50MP front camera for superior quality selfies.

Vivo has outfitted the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro with powerful 5,000mAh batteries to guarantee extended use. The batteries are compatible with 80W speedy wired charging through handy USB Type-C ports, enabling users to recharge their devices swiftly. Furthermore, the phones have cutting-edge in-display fingerprint sensors for easy yet secure access. The base model provides Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, whereas the Pro model is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 for uninterrupted wireless connections.

The Vivo V30 series has been released with a variety of pricing and promotional offers. The Vivo V30 Pro model comes in Andaman Blue and Classic Black, starting at a price of Rs 41,999 for the 8GB + 256GB version, and Rs 46,999 for the 12GB + 512GB version. The standard Vivo V30 model is available in Andaman Blue, Classic Black, and Peacock Green, with prices beginning at Rs 33,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version, Rs. 35,999 for the 8GB + 256GB version, and Rs 37,999 for the 12GB + 512GB version.

Starting March 14, the phones will be up for sale through Flipkart, Vivo India's online store, and physical retail stores. Customers can start reserving the models from March 7 onwards.

Those shopping online are eligible for a straight 10% discount with SBI or HDFC cards, six months of interest-free EMI, and a potential exchange discount of up to Rs. 4,000. On the other hand, customers who prefer in-store purchases can benefit from a 10% immediate cashback, up to eight months of zero-interest EMI, and a maximum of 40% discount on Vivo's V-Shield plan.
