Northrop Grumman plans to move forward with the creation of the lunar rail system, which involves developing prototypes, showcasing demonstrations, and conducting in-depth evaluations of the design and structure. The company aims to delve into novel techniques that utilize robotics during different stages of building and managing the system. This encompasses groundwork and foundation setup, track positioning and alignment, alongside inspection, upkeep, and restoration procedures.
