Samsung is expected to release Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6 by mid-July, along with a budget-friendly Z Fold FE model

It's been rumored that Samsung is gearing up to debut a new, more affordable foldable phone, which will expand its foldable range in the latter half of 2024. Component production for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 is scheduled to commence in May, setting Samsung up to roll out these devices by mid-July.

Samsung is poised to stir up the smartphone industry with the much-awaited introduction of its upcoming foldable gadgets, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. These models, which are set to be released later this year, will serve as the successors to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 respectively.

In addition to their main models, it's reported that Samsung is getting ready to launch a third, basic foldable phone, broadening its range of foldable devices in the latter half of 2024, as per reports from The Elec.

It is reported that the South Korean mobile phone titan is nearing the conclusion of their plans for the Samsung Galaxy S25 smartphone series, with the details about specifications and suppliers likely to be settled by May. This action underscores Samsung's dedication to providing the latest technology and advancement in its top-tier mobile devices.

Samsung is set to begin manufacturing parts for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 starting in May. This will enable the company to release these folding gadgets by the middle of July.

The company's history of past launches is traced in this timeline, which shows that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 were revealed on July 26 of the previous year, and then became available for purchase in August.

Besides the primary foldable models, it is rumored that Samsung is preparing to introduce a less expensive version of the Galaxy Z Fold series, which is being referred to as the Galaxy Z Fold FE.

This economical model is predicted to launch around September or October, omitting stylus compatibility to maintain low costs and aim for a wider customer base.

In the future, it's reported that Samsung is considering the launch of a basic Galaxy Z Fold 6 and a high-end Galaxy Z Fold "Ultra" model. The latter is rumored to be the company's priciest foldable device so far.

These advancements highlight Samsung's dedication to expanding its range of foldable smartphones and meeting different consumer demands.

More information is gradually being revealed about Samsung's forthcoming foldable phones and premium devices. Fans can anticipate additional news and developments in the weeks and months ahead.
