Maruti Suzuki, India's top car maker, has declared its purchase of a 6.44% share in Amlgo Labs, a startup that focuses on data analytics, cloud engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The investment of Rs 1.99 crore highlights Maruti Suzuki's dedication to utilizing progressive technologies to enhance the quality of its future car models.

Amlgo Labs, having premises in Gurugram and Bengaluru in India and Delaware in the United States, functions at the cutting edge of tech innovation in data-centric decision making.

The financial backing given by Maruti Suzuki to Amlgo Labs was made possible through the Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund, which seeks to systematically invest in startups that show great technological expertise. This represents the second time the company has made such an investment, with the first one being in Sociograph Solutions Private Limited in June 2022.

Hisashi Takeuchi, the CEO and Managing Director of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, voiced the firm's continuous dedication to promoting innovation by partnering with startups.
