Intel sets a new record with the release of the Core i9-14900KS CPU, the quickest CPU in the world with a speed of 6.2Ghz.

Intel's latest Core i9-14900KS claims an impressive base clock speed of up to 6.2GHz, without needing to overclock. This makes it the quickest desktop CPU for consumer use, readily accessible in the market.

Intel has once more expanded the limits of desktop CPU capabilities with its newest product, the Core i9-14900KS. Displaying an exceptional clock speed of up to 6.2GHz without the need for overclocking, this processor establishes a new standard as the quickest on the consumer market. This accomplishment goes beyond last year's top-performing chip, which reached its limit at 6GHz.

The Core i9-14900KS is designed with an innovative structure and is equipped with 24 cores and 32 threads, in addition to 36 megabytes of Intel's Smart Cache technology. This unique technology cleverly distributes cache memory among the cores, assuring robust performance for gaming and content development activities.

A standout feature of the Core i9-14900KS is its compatibility with Enhanced Intel Application Performance Optimization (APO). This functionality can provide a performance boost of up to 11% in supported programs, improving the user's experience, especially in gaming and content creation situations.

The Core i9-14900KS has a strong memory support system, with the capacity to hold up to 192GB of DDR5 5600 MT/s or DDR4 3200 MT/s memory units. This guarantees a sufficient memory bandwidth to manage heavy-duty tasks and simultaneous operations.

Intel has also incorporated its Thermal Velocity Boost feature into the chip. This functionality, which is available in the 11th Gen and subsequent Intel Core processors, actively ups the clock frequency by 100 MHz if the temperatures stay under a limit of 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit). This highlights the significance of having effective cooling systems for achieving the best possible performance.

Intel suggests that gamers could see as much as a 15% increase in performance, whereas content developers could experience a considerable 73% boost in performance during computation-heavy tasks.

The Core i9-14900KS can work with both Z790 and Z690 motherboards, but Intel suggests employing the most recent BIOS updates to achieve the best performance.

The Core i9-14900KS is now on sale, with prices beginning at $700. It can be bought as an independent product from conventional sellers, or it will soon be included in systems produced by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

It's important to point out that with this launch, Intel continues to prioritize achieving maximum performance over highlighting artificial intelligence, a pattern that has been clear in all its product releases this year.

Regarding the cost, the recommended selling price starts at $699, which is approximately Rs. 57,980. The CPU can be bought worldwide via retail outlets, either as a separate processor or as part of systems provided by Intel's network of channel partners and original equipment makers (OEMs).
